{{Quickfixn}} Sends heartbeat messages with incorrect sequence number

"We are using product version 1.0.3748" - I don't know what this number is
or where you got it.  Our releases look like "1.5.0", or a Git hex.

Are you setting 141=Y manually in your application?  If yes, don't do that.
 Instead, use the ResetOnXXX settings.  You probably want to set them all
to Y.
