Thanks, I don't know ruby, but someone who does and makes use of the
header fields may want to do it.

On "config setting": I meant adding some of the explanations you've
provided in old archived messages on this mailing list to the tutorial
documentation "Configuring QuickFix/n" for the session settings
configuration file.  I'll get around to making changes later--I'll
have a better idea of how it works when I get done with testing.
