{{Quickfixn}} Trade Capture Report Help

Hi

Good day, I am new to QuickFIX/n and I am really having trouble understanding Trade Capture Report and all it's related messages.

Would like assistance in C# code on how to send a proper Trade Capture Report Message because I am always getting a reply from server with message "You do not have permission to insert this deal"

Sample message I have sent is

8=FIX.4.49=19635=AE34=1549=#####A52=20140325-09:29:55.42856=######B31=155032=155=CC5MAY-1560=20140325-09:29:55.42875=3/25/2014 9:29:55 AM487=0570=N571=1829=6855=2552=254=137=NONE54=237=NONE10=001
