{{Quickfixn}} SSL Password for SSLCACertificate

I'm seeing if I can use QuickfixN's SSL rather than the counterparty's
Java-based SSL tunnel. The problem I think is that there is no setting in
the config file to enter a password for the pfx file that has the CA
certificate.

I see the setting for the password for my SSL client pfx certificate
("SSLCertificate") but NOT for the CA certificate ("SSLCACertificate").

The CA cert was originally a JKS file (Java keystore file), and I converted
that to the usual PFX file. I tried both keeping and removing the
password, but I'm not sure the removal of the password worked correctly.

Thanks.
