It sounds like you want to set the various ResetOnXXX properties to "N".

For the 5pm thing, you need to set StartTime/EndTime properly.  StartTime
should be set to 5pm EST.  EndTime should be set to whatever your
connection's EndTime is.

At EndTime, your app will logout.  It will not try to logon until
StartTime, and it will do so with seq num=1.
