{{Quickfixn}} "Sending Time accuracy Problem

I have no idea why these settings aren't documented on the QF/n page.
 (These descriptions are from the QF/C++ docs, but I think are still
accurate for QF/n.)

So, Randa, I suggest you first make sure your clocks are synchronized.  If
you still have issues (I'd be very surprised if you did), then try these
settings.
