{{Quickfixn}} Please help in receiving Market Data Request with multiple repeated tags

Do we have to write this code on Session.cs file?
As Next(Message message) function in Session.cs is generating error while
calling

this.SessionDataDictionary.Validate(message, beginString, msgType); function

or we have to do these changes in DataDictionary.cs Class? I have already
added the custom field tag=9063 in the specification(xml) file.

I know what to do but I want to know where to handle this issue?
