{{Quickfixn}} Help in changing tag sequence in a message

Hi All,
 
The tag sequence in NewOrderSingle for citi bank is different from the tag
sequence generated by the quickfix dll. Is there any method, to set the
sequence of tags in message format? Which method is setting the sequence?
 
I am new to Fix. Please help.
