I assume you are getting an idea from James Gaull's recent email.
 Disregard that email.  He's doing something rather unorthodox.

header abd which in the body?"

Why do you think you need to do this?  The message definitions are
well-known to both you and your counterparty.  You should know what should
be in the header and in the body.  Don't make things harder than they need
to be.
