{{Quickfixn}} Quickfix message sending error.

I am creating the NewOrderSingle order message and sending it using Session.SendToTarget() method on evaluating this method I get error for Session.cs file Send() method causing responder_ object to be null hence can not send the order. My code format for Client is as follows.

Start Socket Initiator.
create Fix format new order single message.
Send order using Session.SendToTarget() method.
Can not understand the when the responder_ object set to null. currently using the FIX 1.4 Could you please give me suggestions on it.
