{{Quickfixn}} Sequence numbers becoming out of synch between QuickFix and QuickFixN

Mihir,

The logs I need are quickfix's FIX.4.2-MJANDA-FIXSIM.events.log
and FIX.4.2-MJANDA-FIXSIM.messages.log, which I do not see in the zip file.

However, before we spend too much time debugging this, I must insist that
you upgrade to v1.4 of qf/n and see if the problem still occurs -- three
separate issues were closed in that release which relate to seq num reset.
