{{Quickfixn}} reading feed to system.console

If the field is set to required='Y' in the DataDictionary, qf/n will check
for you and send a reject for you.  However, some fields are "conditionally
required".  I.e. a field might be required only if some other field is set.
 In this case, you must check for the field yourself before trying to get
it, or catch the FieldNotFound exception.  If the FieldNotFound exception
is thrown from FromApp, qf/n will send a BusinessMessageReject due to
"conditionally required field missing".
