It turns out that stunnel is not supported by Bloomberg anymore ... back to
the drawing board.

Until we implement built-in ssl (like qf/j has), the recommended way to do
this is with stunnel (same goes for qf/c++). Take a look at the stunnel
docs, it is pretty easy to set up.
