Yup, tried that parameter, didn't do the trick...was thinking that perhaps they would need that set up on their end?  As for the logs, do you mean messages.current.txt?

That's all I have set up, a place for a log (stores the messages.current and events.current) and a store in the initiator file; if there's an option to set up more logging, I will gladly set it up

As a workaround for the time being, have you tried setting ValidateFieldsOutOfOrder=N in your config file?
