{{Quickfixn}} MsgType BY causes session to attempt to log in again...

Those timestamps don't match up.
Does the "disconnecting" event match up with a BY reception in your message
log?
My hypothesis is that some exception ("Object reference not set...") is
causing the disconnect. Without more info, I couldn't guess whether that's
due to something in your code, a problem in the engine, or a configuration
issue.
Do you know if the BY triggers the FromApp() callback before it disconnects?
