{{Quickfixn}} QuickFIX/n 1.4.0 is released

The next release of QuickFIX/n, 1.4.0, is now available on our Downloads page.

(This is the same as our 1.4.0beta2.)

 The most critical fixes in this release are
 * session schedule fixes for start/end days/times and daylight savings
 * tolerance for non-ASCII characters (utf8 and such)

 Also in this build: experimental Mono support!  Mike Gatny has been
 tweaking code and adapting scripts to allow development and execution
 on Mono.  I don't know if anyone wants to use QF/n on Mono in
 production, but it's nice to have the option, and it's doubly nice to
 be able to hack on it with a Unix environment.  (Again: I want to
stress that this is considered EXPERIMENTAL.  Use at your own risk.)
