{{Quickfixn}} issue with sequence numbers

I'm having an issue with sequence numbers.  My configuration contains
the following:

ResetOnLogon=Y

ResetOnLogout=Y

ResetOnDisconnect=Y

 

When I start up I see this in my log:

Received a new message of type 'A' with sequence number equal to 1.
Expected number was 61. Session will terminate.

 

When I look in the store/*.seqnums file the size is 0KB with nothing in
there?
