The engine will handle resend logic for you in accordance with the FIX
protocol spec.  If quickfix receives a message with a sequence number that
is higher than expected, it will automatically send a resend request for
the missing messages.  You can assume that you will always receive all
messages -- in the correct order -- in the FromApp callback.
