{{Quickfixn}} Unsupported Message Type

Hi Ruaan,

Are you using the MessageCracker in fromApp and fromAdmin?  If you are, you
need callbacks defined for those messages you are interested in. Otherwise
the MessageCracker will reject messages with the behavior you are
describing.
