The OnLogon callback will get called when the Session is logged on.  The
OnLogout callback will get called if the Session is either logged out
cleanly or forcibly disconnected.  See FromApp and FromAdmin for detecting
the arrival of App-level and Admin-level (e.g. Heartbeat) messages.
