{{Quickfixn}} StartTime and EndTime in EST/EDT

Hello all,

In the quickfixn configuration you have to specify the start and endtime in UTC. But what do you need to do if your broker works with the EST/EDT timezone?
It is possible to convert the EST and EDT to UTC, but then you also need to update this file when they switch from EST to EDT and vice versa.

What is the best practice in quickfixn for this?
