{{Quickfixn}} About TradingSessionStatus message type

Hi all,In Message.IsAdminMsgType(string msgType) method, TradingSessionStatus message is accepted as admin message type. According to fix protocol, it is accepted as application level message type.

Is there any reason to accept TradingSessionStatus message as admin message type?
if it is, could you tell why the reason is?
if it is not, Message.IsAdminMsgType(string msgType) method should be corrected according to fix protocol.
