{{Quickfixn}} Access SessionsSettings from within callbacks

I want to put the password in the session section of the settings file and
have it sent when a logon is sent from ToAdmin.  I have the password
hardcoded now.  What is the best method to access the SessionsSettings from
within the callbacks?  I do not see any methods to access them.
