{{Quickfixn}} What is the equivalent of Java's Quickfix "FieldType" class in C#?

QF/n's way of doing it is different than QF/J.  (It's probably more
inspired by QF/C++'s way.)

You can see some similar-looking type processing in
DataDictionary/DDField.cs.
