{{Quickfixn}} Any way to make on demand sessions...

This is a feature that no version of QuickFIX has, though requests for it
have come up from time to time.  I don't see this being on our roadmap in
the foreseeable future.

I'm think the only way such a feature will ever happen is if someone wants
it bad enough to write it.  Naturally, we would gladly welcome such a
contribution for review and inclusion.
