Downlaod from the website (not code and self compiple).

The target is TT FIX adapter. But the connection is never opened (as in: it blows before the start method call).

Which version of QF/n are you using? The latest build from the website (v1.1.0), the latest from the repository, or other?  Using the latest from the repo, I used your config file to connect the TradeClient example app to the Executor, and it worked with no errors.
