{{Quickfixn}} file log dispose issue

I'm personally rather swamped at the moment.  Paid work must by necessity
take priority over unpaid work.

At the moment, issues #22 and #32 are the highest priority issues, at which
point I will make a new release.  Other issues will have to come later.

This is an open-source project, of course.  If anyone would like to work on
fixes for other issues, I will assist them in any way I can.
