{{Quickfixn}} file log dispose issue

That might be an engine bug.  I've created an issue for it:
https://github.com/connamara/quickfixn/issues/48

Not to sidestep the issue, but do you need to manipulating this file while
your app is still running?  As a workaround, if you just need to read it,
is it possible you can open it in read-only mode?
