{{Quickfixn}} about resend request

I've just merged in Chris Barker's branch that adds write-support for
Session.NextSenderMsgSeqNum and Session.NextTargetMsgSeqNum.

Campbell, yes, it appears that it is the same as what
getExpected{Sender/Target}Num() returns in C++.

The next release should happen this month or next.
